When I first started, I had a goal of walking 4 miles per day. They required 3-4 walks per day at a very slow pace. They also led to a lot of blisters. This week I hit a new record ... 126 miles in 7 days (and no blisters!).

My goal is to lose 200 lbs. I'm down 36 lbs on my most recent "attempt" and down 51 lbs overall since using MFP.
