  • A lot on my mind but mainly I’m stressing out because I haven’t lost much since last week. What scares me is that I don’t want to put that weight back on neither do I want to maintain my current weight. I know it gets harder so I just gotta stay focused I guess.
  • Good to hear that you’re close to reaching your goal again! It seems that I wasn’t the only one who lost the weight and put it back on. I’m glad I’m back on track now and I lost more this time than before. I just need that motivation to keep going and work harder
