Oh please tell me what's wrong with Haribo! I don't typically eat that brand gummies except for 1-2 times a year but my mom loves them. Now I'm curious. And I woke up this morning with no issues except being sore from the gym. I'll keep monitoring and pay attention to what I'm doing in case something like Monday happens…

I have always had issues looking at myself and seeing progress. When I used to weigh 115 lbs I would look in the mirror and still see myself as if I was 170 lbs so I use measurements and clothing to really show me the change I'm making. It's probably so much easier to take a picture and see progress.

If I had people who are active on MFP I'd definitely be posting more. Feel free to add me.

I weigh myself 1-2 times a week. First thing in the morning before I eat. I don't move my scale either. I try to be as accurate as I can. I read through the your replies today before the gym. First, thank you all! I took everything into consideration. I have taken pre-workout previously and when I was really into the gym 4 years ago I took it, same brand and all. I've never had issues with it before. You've got this! You've done it before and you can do it again. We both have our own reasons for putting the weight back on but the same thing happened to me. I lost a lot of weight and then put it back on plus an additional 18 lbs due to life circumstances. It took me a bit to really commit to this diet and weight loss…

Hey! I'm 26. Just moved to Tennessee a month ago and decided it was time to get healthy. I have a least 50 lbs to lose. I've been dieting off and on. It's been a struggle. But this time I joined a gym and am working my *kitten* off. I wish you the best of luck! You've got this!

Great post. Bump. I just started working out again last week. I keep telling myself the one pound increase is me building muscle. The important thing is how your clothes feel, not the pounds on the scale.
