  • Starting weight: 153 Current weight: 148 While my goal weight was 145, and I don't think I'll reach that in the next week, I'm still pretty proud of myself. I've lost 5 pounds during the holiday season! I've just got to keep this up, another week and a half and we'll be out of the temptation time of year.
