  • Thank you so much I see the endocrinologist at 1 today. They called yesterday that was so fast. It was only Friday when I saw my Bariatric MD. she told me she wouldn’t let this add time to my bypass date. Wish me luck and thank you :)

  • Ok found out I have to have parathyroid surgery. Found some tumors which is why blood work is crazy. Hope to see the surgeon in a couple of weeks. But first the endocrinologist to figure out when the surgery. Still have to maintain my weight loss another month no loosing or gaining. It sucks

  • I am the final week of my 6 month pre op requirements and see the Doc on Friday. Keeping fingers crossed that she will set up my appointment with the surgeon. Believe it or not I can’t wait to start my two week preop liquid diet

  • So glad to have met this community. I just received all green light to go for surgery. Last weigh in is next Friday and then they scheduled me with the surgeon so hoping I’ll have a surgery date in the next 4-6 weeks. HW 257 CW 234.5 GW 165. SW soon to be determined.

  • We are being just as abusive as the men or women who had abused us when we are young. We have made a judgement on our feelings about the inner fear we are experiencing. Instead we need to just recognize the emotion and not make that judgment. Just experienced the felling of sadness or fear or alarm or whatever the moment…

  • I’m finding that I used to binge eat but only”GOOD FOODS”. How silly was I that because it’s healthy it’s ok to eat whatever I wanted. My psychologist had me get a book End Emotional Eating. what a eye opener this has been. For me yesterday. I busted my butt cleaning the kitchen steaming the floor redesign the family room.…
