  • Obsession can become healthy if you write down your goals and adjust them as needed as you reach your goal. If you're obsession is helpful ng you reach your goals time to change things up
  • Just remember they are hurting their body eating junk. You are healthier and nurturing you body and I’m sure your skin is glowing. Being healthy is the perfect revenge.

  • Margo CL I think we have the same Metabolism. I too can tolerate natural carbs. And God forbid refined carb 😝. But over 30 grams or 15 % of my macros I’m in trouble.

  • So great to read this. Yesterday after getting limited steps in for 4 days. Yesterday back in the saddle got all my steps in and up my calories by 150 and water 100 oz. And this morning broke my 4 day stall. Down 2 pounds. HW 256. SW 229 1day later post surgery 236. CW 220. Bypass 8/28/18

  • Well here I am 2 days before surgery. My blood work came back as Parathyroid disease so after my bypass that the next surgery. Liquid diet 2 more days and 100 oz of water the Surgeon wants clear urine so I’m doing my best. Thank you for the well wishes. See you soon on the losers bench.

  • Was reading this post and I’m right here with. It was a shock when my psychologist told me I’m a binge eater. I never did long binges just like a snack bing but what she told me even though your choices where (healthy) the fact you weren’t hungry and star in front of the tv mindless eating is binge eating. I totally get it…

  • I have had many surgeries That’s my point. I’m such a work horse and high threshold of pain but I finally became fully disabled because of this illness. Surgery after surgery. No gallbladder left and now liver disease because of the holistic approach I took-in the 80’s. And now I get gamma globulin infusions every 28 days…
