WAIT! There is a magic pill that helps you lose weight and is part of a multi-level marketing gimmick???? I don't know why you haven't tried the magic pills earlier!

I like soup anytime, and I need to get rid of all the zucchinis from the garden. Zucchini soup. Veggy broth, zucchinni, white kidney beans, onions, garlic, carrots, mushrooms, about 20 left over chick peas, spices.

Blue cheese and bacon french fries.

Twenty pounds by January is very feasible, instead of buying SlimFast, invest in an inexpensive food scale, measure and log the calories you consume. Did you enter your information into MFP so that it can tell you how many calories to eat each day?

I use Daisy as well, I was worried that people would think I meant brand name and not variety of cottage cheese.

I do have high blood pressure. A few of the other things I eat have high sodium so I would like to reduce my sodium intake. I tried it before, and I didn't like as well as regular cottage cheese. I wanted to try it again, or at least mix it with regular cottage cheese. Perhaps it will help lower my blood pressure. A friend…

When enough people say it is good it gets a green check. If the people don't actually check for accuracy but say it is good it cane be off. I have come across a few green checks that have been off.

I haven't tried it, I bring a garbage bag to put my dirty clothes in, I don't like the idea of shared clothing.

Displaying several units at the same time? No, most scales have a unit button on them to switch between units. This two minute scale review is from a MFP user. (LINK) In the review he demonstrates how the scale's unit button works. (I purchased this same scale)

I have a question for the MFP community, what type of cottage cheese do you use? My dietitian suggested low sodium cottage cheese but I didn't like all the other crap they put in it, and I didn't think it tasted as good as regular cottage cheese. I want only milk products in it. I am currently using 2% but I am thinking I…

That looks great. I shop at two different chain stores, according to the company's website those products are sold at other locations in the area but not at the locations I shop at. If I think about it I will have to stop in another store and check it out. Thank you,

Here is a hint, it is ALL fake. News is entertainment to sell advertising, nothing more. Sensationalize and embellish to get people to click and tune in. That link got a few people to click on the sensationalism of "scary things to your body". More people are clicking on it because bpotts posted it. :(

I never heard or have I seen any left over lamb, must be a UK thing.

Ask a registered dietitian for advice not some guy trying to sell you his products. Eat a reduced number of calories.

Oatmeal, Grits, quinoa, fruits, peanut butter, ham slices, smoothies.

Please read my link (the word illegal) or search on your own. It is considered a work of art and can not be photographed at night.

One of my peeves is when the media uses the word "expert" to describe someone in the story. Having worked in tv news I can tell you the title 'expert' means nothing. Professional journalist use personal opinions as well. *ALL* news/media is nothing more than entertainment to sell advertising. I wish more people understood…

@pinggolfer96 It is illegal to take pictures of the Eiffel Tower at night. What do they call fries in France? I don't think they originally came from France.

Urban Dictionary says "When dieters go from weighing 200 or 300 pounds down to 199 or less, they have reached Onederland."

Over the past several years manufactures have been reducing the size of the packages, so the servings per package have been reduced as well.

If I don't make a habit of doing it everyday I wont do it at all. I make sure I weigh myself before breakfast. I wanted to take measurements every Sunday but because I don't do it everyday I forget and don't do it at all.

@ConnieT1030 The U.S. government does regulate 'serving size'. Companies wouldn't want ridiculous sizes, they want you to consume as much of their product as possible. Government mandated a standard for all labels to follow, here is the outline for serving size in government speak.…

No pictures, I had some left over grill chicken, ground it up with some chickpeas, added Greek yogurt, peppers, celery, dill pickles and some spices for a chicken salad sandwich.
