I think somebody posted this before, deep fried Reuben balls. They are similar to a Reuben sandwich but bite size served with a spicy Thousand Island dressing.

When someone mentions a food or a way to prepare a food, big portions, extra fatty additives and you think 'nah', at one time you would think 'sounds good!'.

@middlehaitch reminded me of something someone once said, you should eat your salad AFTER the meal, all that roughage helps push the food through your intestines.

When I was in the best shape of my life I used to work out in the mornings... but I worked third shift, after the gym I would go to bed. I have heard the don't eat before you go to bed thing several times throughout my life.

I am in the second hold I added to my belt, the tip of the belt wraps around to my left belt hole. The belt was probably longer than it needed to be when I weighed more but I like that it goes around to the side.

Did you ever have a sleep study? Sleep apnea can be reduced by losing weight, I am wondering if you had mild sleep apnea and it is getting better now that you lost weight.

You have to check all entries, as others have said add 'USDA' to your searches. Another tip: You should be weighing your food not using measuring cups.

Do you rinse the salt off? I have seen recipes where after salting the food, letting it sit for a while, they rinsed the Kosher salt off.

I would eat the rest of the cherries and the fresh blueberries, fruits have too many damn sugar calories.

Speaking of bleaching...I was watching a video about the U.K. vs the U.S. the guy in the video said the United States doesn't have brown eggs because they bleach their eggs to kill the salmonella which turns the eggs white.

I tried Nature's Path Crunchy Vanilla cereal thanks to @crazyravr. I had to go to a grocery store I don't usually shop at to get it. It was pretty good. I am not a big cereal eater but I like vanilla and it was a good change from eggs.
