Finding a gym that suits you can take a while. The one gym that I liked was probably the furthest from my house. I would drive past several gyms to the gym I liked.

I didn't answer your question, I have used a registered dietitian. I wasn't happy with her and I wanted to find another. A friend who lives out of the area said his dietitian suggested MFP and also passed along little ideas from his dietitian. I love cranberry juice, I have been drinking the 100% juice version, every day for years. Now I am mixing it with water to cut back on the sugar calories. My liver hasn't said anything to me about it. I think to improve liver function you just have to stop mixing it with vodka.
