No longer wanting to eat so much. I can now say NO to seconds, thirds, and sometimes fourths. Im putting aside whats left on my plate for another snack or meal later in the day or the next day. :)

Hi there. I have 3 kiddos. My youngest 2 have ADHD and ODD. They lack impulse control and i have difficulty taking them anywhere... So walks and going anywhere is hard with them. Its gotten better as theyre getting older but its still challenging.

I disagree.. Smokers have a choice to light a ciggarette or not... Sometimes obesity is NOT a choice. Food availability, health, medications, poverty, parental eating habits, disability/mobility, etc. Food allegies/ intolerances. Some people just have odds stacked against them making weight loss challenging.
