Im 26 😊 I definitely went through yo-yo dieting when in my early 20’s. It wasn’t until after I turned 26 that I was able to take control of it. I have lost 28 pounds over the course of the last few months. I am looking to loose another 15-20 pounds while building muscle and eating healthy. [edited by mods]
