Singing with the choir, but mine hasn’t been working either. I tried just adding exercise, but when it syncs it’s much more accurate. :( I came here to see if I could find help, but apparently it’s not just me.

So happy to read about your success!! To echo what many people have said I really like the idea of looking at it like a series of small goals! I’ve got about 150 to lose, I’ve been watching what I eat and journaling for two weeks now and I’m down 12 lbs. I don’t notice it yet, but I try to tell myself I’m carrying around…

150 to lose. It seems so overwhelming! I was considering the gastric sleeve procedure, but I’m trying to watch what I eat (1200 calories high protein low carb). I’m just a couple days in and I’m still trying to figure out meals, etc.. I figure even if I had surgery I’d have to do the same thing so it’s time to start paying…

Being able to do activities without worrying if I’m too big. Riding roller coasters, zip lining, playing with my future kids! Another big one, losing the anxiety of always feeling like I take up too much space.
