Maybe try to use flavored coffee instead with plain creamer or what I use- half & half?

Lots of great options already! I don't personally do this, but if you like smoothies you can easily add in some greens and it won't affect the taste too much at all!

I love munching on animal crackers after dinner as I can make them last a long time and one serving is 16 crackers for 120 cals. I love them because they are just sweet enough to count as dessert! For extra protein or fat try dipping them in PB2/PBfit.

Awesome! Very motivating as my starting weight and goal weight are very similar. Would love to know how tall you are for reference! :)

Good for you! You'll reach your goal in no time!

So Delicious - Cashew Milk Salted Caramel Bar. A really great dairy free option!

You are not alone! It's a terrible feeling but totally normal! :) If you like the class, continue to take it but don't go quite as hard next time. There's no rush!

Yep! It's sooo good. But both my husband and I get very upset tummy's from it. My recommendation: start slow!

LMAO. It's Monday- what do you want from me?!

Awesome work! Quick question- are you keeping an average deficit of 600 per day + not eating back any of the exercise calories? Thanks!

Wow it has taken me 5 months to lose that amount of weight! Congrats on your loss!

I'm at 17 lbs lost and did have to buy new pants- not because the waist had gotten too lose but because the butt and legs were SUPER saggy. Instead of buying a different size, I had to go for a different style (super stretchy-skinny leg fit).

Pizza - the gooey deep dish kind!

I took Topamax for about a year and eventually was increased up to 200mg. I did lose about 30 lbs in the first 5-6 months however for the year I took it- it was a very scary time in my life due to the side effects. I would be driving and completely forget directions or where I was going and then panic because I didn't know…

That's exactly where I go actually!

Interesting! I'd like to understand this better. Is there somewhere you can view your weekly average on this site/app? I didn't even realize "rolling over" calories was an option!

That's an easy one for me. I find sticking to healthy eating a lot easier than going to the gym. The gym intimidation is real. After years of putting it off, about two weeks ago I finally joined and it's just as bad as I thought it would be. This will be an ongoing struggle for me but it's just something I had to bite the…

Love this! Having a supportive partner is definitely a huge plus!

That is awesome! Very sweet of him to do! :)

I love KIND bars for a quick on the go option. They are 180-200 cals, low sugar, some protein, and taste great!

I tried it once. Never again. It was super intense and took me 3-4 days to recover. The class was labeled for "All Levels" of fitness. I've been sticking to kettlebell classes lately and they are pretty fun and easily customizable since you get to choose your weight.

Agreed- looking for the same! I've been using MFP for about 3 weeks and haven't missed a day. Also have been reaching my goal so far of 1 lb per week so this appears to be working! I keep an open log as well!

I actually have been told years ago my Vitamin D levels were low and I had totally forgotten about that until you just mentioned it. Pre-keto I was taking a women's multivitamin that was helping with this but I stopped because I switched my vitamins focus to be keto specific (potassium, magnesium, etc...). I'll start back…

Ahhh yes! Patience.... Working on that! :smirk: Thanks!

Thanks for this! You're right, it definitely makes sense to not eat back all the calories. The margin of error in my logging and assuming the amount of cals I've burned is way too big. A lot of the reason I'm just wandering around the gym and hopping from machine to machine is because I really don't know what the hell I'm…

Thank you both! I will keep on keeping on!
-
Thank you, that is very reassuring! :)
-
Thank you! :)

Thank you both! This is great advice and I will definitely go ahead and nail down an exercise plan and stick to it for at least 6 weeks. :)
