Super helpful - I love that for absolute beginners the recommendation go and jog for 10 minutes. Do it again tomorrow. And then again. If you can't carry on a conversation while running, you're going too fast. Build <10% a week. Go slow. Avoid injury. If you are human, you are built for running. I've never loved running.…
