Do you take supplements? Good quality B complex vitamins, Nutritional Yeast, etc. It might help your hair. Stress and too much cortisol can cause temporary hair loss.

Just once I'd like to see a headline that says "Sugar consumption strongly linked to cancer." Or how about "The Standard American diet strongly linked to Metabolic Syndrome, Diabetes in Children, and other Chronic Diseases of the Western World." Folks, we have to eat something. I was doing Keto for a solid week before I got on the scale. I don't weigh myself as much as some people, but I get on the scale once a week. I wish, I wish, I wish I had taken my measurements. I never did. I never took before pictures either. I can't go back and change that. Gotta Keto on!
