Hi all- I am 43 and was on MFP before doing fabulous and then I lost my Mom :'( I was in such a daze and so lost in my sadness that I put back on a ton of weight. Now I am back and working through my emotions properly and getting back on track. Starting over once again! This time I’ve got this. I would love more friends…
