It's broken down and burned as energy.

Whether you do or not, your body keeps a 100% accurate log all the time.

My wife and I work out and do the same weight lifting routine together. As for her being a distraction... we've been married 4+ years, I think we can handle an hour and a half of non-sexy-time.

The movies are so long, it's probably quicker just to read the books.

They're pretty good, but too expensive IMO. I used to eat 2-3 a day... but I haven't bought any in a few months.

43 pounds of water weight? lol

My avatar is a 30 lb weight loss in about 4 months with all weights, and zero cardio. Regardless of whether or not your do cardio... you should definitely do weights. Cardio can help get you there faster, but weights will help you keep your muscle.

I think of protein more as a minimum. For the most part, there's no such thing as too much as long as your calories are set correctly.

Totally agree... and I'm actually a sci-fi fan.

Yet... someday when you're between 80-100 years old... BAM! Then we'll know the soda was bad. In all seriousness... just looking at the first study: "Sugar drinks have been linked to poor diet quality, weight gain, obesity, and, in adults, type 2 diabetes" I'm inclined to think a lot of unhealthy people also drink soda...…

Well, what I do know is that I don't care because real science hasn't proven that it's bad.

People vary wildly on their recommendations for protein... but I aim for 0.82 grams per pound of body weight per day, based on this: http://bayesianbodybuilding.com/the-myth-of-1glb-optimal-protein-intake-for-bodybuilders/ There really isn't "too much" protein as long as your calories are where they need to be.

Expensive... so I wouldn't consider it a long term solution even if it did work.

I wasn't a fan of high school. I recently missed my 10 year... and that trend will continue.

Genius. I never even considered doing that.

My wife and I eat ground turkey a few times a week. It's usually burgers or tacos. I used to switch it up between ground turkey and ground beef... but now we only do ground turkey. The macros are the same between the lean version we get... but I noticed I just liked the ground turkey more. The burgers grill a bit…

A good start: http://iifym.com/iifym-calculator/ I don't think your protein has to be quite that high (I aim for 0.82)... but it won't hurt.

Ha, I'm not sure if they have that in a gif, although the sound is the important part. It's from a news segment where the reporter had a stroke (or something similar) on live TV.

Has anyone really been far even as decided to use even go want to do look more like?

In for pics... left disappointed.

I've tried multiple brands, all highly rated for taste and such... but I've found you just have to try a few to find one you like. I liked dymatize casein (cinnamon bun and cookies and cream flavors) the most. My wife likes optimum nutrition casein chocolate the most. Casein, whey, egg... it doesn't really matter. Some…
