I do both. I swim most days for at least an hour, often longer. I’ve started doing bodypump classes three times a week and I also try and fit in a couple Of aqua HIIT classes and yoga. All of these I really enjoy so that really helps with my motivation to get down to the gym and get stuff done! 🙂

I have an Apple Watch 5 and its great in the pool. Counts your lengths and times and splits. I used to have the 3 which was also fine but the 5 has a heart rate monitor
