I have chronic gastritis for going on 5 months and it is AWFUL. I completely avoid soft drinks, fast food, and anything fried. I also cut out 90% of processed foods. I love Kodiak Cakes. The dark chocolate ones are like having dessert for breakfast. 190 cals for 3 pancakes, with 14g of protein. I usually add 3 ounces of blueberries for a total of 220 cals. Slightly above 150, but they will keep you full!
