Fitbit integration is terrible! I’m sick of constantly screwing with this process of disconnecting and reconnecting my Fitbit to TRY and get my steps logged. It used to work properly a couple of years ago and was the reason I upgraded to Premium. I’ll be canceling my renewal in August.

@fit19gramma - you shouldn’t have to perform a work around each time you go for a walk, especially if you are paying $ to be a Premium MFP member (like me). I’ve been doing the same thing myself but no solutions have been provided and it’s been a couple of months now.

I lost Fitbit integration in December and have spent an inordinate number of hours trying to fix it by performing the “Fitbit triage” as set forth by MyFitnessPal tech support —- all to no avail. MyFitnessPal tech support does not respond either. Good Luck!
