@tinkerbellang83 for some it is an addiction like anything else, also she didn't say she did it again and again she tried it once for two weeks.

@tinkerbellang83 would you tell someone who is trying to quit smoking, or drinking or doing drugs to stop trying to quit.

Salt can help and lots and lots of water your electrolytes are probably low, also make sure you are getting as close as you can to your daily fat and calorie intake, exercise can help get you into ketosis faster but I know it's hard to exercise when you feel horrible. Hope this helps. Good luck
