Hi there, I think I won't be doing the mini challenge this month. Ive been logging in my food for months and would like to stop it for a bit and see how it goes. I will still be doing the weekly weigh in foutu but was wondering if I could change my weigh in day to Saturdays ?

August 23rd. Thursday weigh in Previous : 169.8 Today : 169.7 Not bad as I was on holidays for 2 weeks eating in restaurants and ready meals . That's a win :)

Hi, Sorry I forgot to let you know I was going away. Will be back on Mon and will be able to get on the scale then. I've been trying really hard to pay attention to everything I eat so hopefully won't be too bad when I get back. I guess we'll just have to wait and see. :)

Hi there, Sorry I haven't been around for a few days. I have some friends over from France so been enjoying it. Which means I haven't been tracking my food or going to the gym. However, weigh in for July week 4 is 169.7 lbs (174.1 last week I think) . :)

Thanks. Been trying to walk to work and back everyday (45 min away from where I live) and I go back home for lunch to get extra steps and a healthy lunch. So that is a good 3h of walking a day. It's very relaxing as well.
