  • Its so true...Everything has calories, so they need to be counted...WW works for lots of people, but there are many on WW that "fill up" on foods that don't "count" as points....Then they wonder why they're not successful....300 calories of apples is better then 300 calories of cake (for your body) but they still count...
  • I had a fitbit (several of them) over a period of years...I found them to be somewhat motivating, but they kept wearing out after a year or so....Recently, I decided to spring for the apple watch..I wasn't sure I wanted to spend that much, but now I'm glad I did... :)
