I did a combo for my first and plan to keep that mentality for my second. I ran a far as I could for as long as I could which hit me right about mile 9, from there I would walk for a half a mile then run a mile. Happy to accept new friends - currently working through a BodySpace program, will work another half training program in the fall. Open diary and 4:30 am workouts - so lets do it :)
