  • I calculated the number of calories in a gallon of whole milk as 1648. I then took the number of calories in a cup of whey (66). I had 7 cups of Greek yogurt after straining the whey out. 16 cups of whole milk - 7 cups of yogurt = 9 cups of whey removed. 9 x 66 = 594 whey calories removed. 1648 - 594 = 1,054 calories left…
