Well besides the day to day walking, hiking on the weekends and tango dancing yes i guess i live a sedentary life. Hi! I wanted to say gym. Well I'm hopping rock climbing can replace strength training. I find going to the gym really boring after a while. On saturday and sunday yes i would exercise the same muscle. All the other days i rest the muscles i exercised the previous day.
