This is probably true- I have not always stayed within my calorie max every day. I'm also middle aged and I think my body likes to hang onto fat in my tummy area. God knows why!

Hi and welcome! I don't really have any specific advice other than keep trying. I have battled my weight my entire life, and sometimes I feel defeated but other times I've lost weight and felt great. I only know that you can't ever give up.

Well I'm already deaf in one ear, so losing my hearing terrifies me. I'd rather lose taste. WYR sit in a middle seat on a plane back by the bathroom, or sit in first class but next to a screaming baby?

I hear you on the yoga. I tried several types of yoga many times and I just get so bored. I love that in Pilates we are moving all the time. I love the reformer and I've grown to love the chair. I hate the Bosu because my balance isn't the greatest. I also love planking- which I know sounds crazy.
