A massive well done on your weightloss. What I love about losing weight is that everything changes physically apart from one thing and that's the eyes they never change and yours are beautiful.

My lovely partner has put Dr Jones by aqua in my head about 4 days ago and it just wont shift so I am hoping by passing it along to other people will help it leave my poor abused head.

Ice. Hearing that scraping noise and just the thought of it getting under my nails sends shivers down my spine.

Ok got it. Finally! So I will have to alter my weight manually on here then to put the correct weight in lbs in. Well I have just lost 4lb, get me :D Thank you all for clearing that up x

I did that and if you work it out 14x12+9 =177
-
???
-
I am just confused
-
I am from the UK but how I work it out is 14lb in a stone then x 12 as in the stone then + the 9lb so.... 14×12=168 then + 9lb = 177lb Not 181lb.

I was just giving my personal experience relating to question that was asked that was specifically relating to being vegan. Of course I know if you shop somewhere more expensive it will cost you more and I think that a lot of people, including myself are not stupid enough to think any different. Good lord

It depends where you shop. I shopped at one place and I could spend a good amount on food and would have to replace it throughout the week and it worked out very expensive, I then found somewhere else where it was so much cheaper, I would say a quarter of the price I used to pay so I suppose it is about literally shopping…

Really, see I thought as the weight goes down so should the calories, I am such a novice. I need to start from basics I think and just go with what I have been allotted. Thank you for your advice.

I do use scales with good I weigh but that has been an eye opener what you said about trusting packaging information, I wouldn't have even gave it a thought. I also do try to eat with a 9inch plate as the average is 11-12 inches and 20-30% more food.

Oh yes I definitely am going to disregard yesterday's tester, clearly I would not have an overweight issue if I ate that much. I did have an idea of about 1400 calories and for every 10-14lb lost drop 50 then ending up somewhere near the 1200/1250 calorie mark, see where that gets me. I just worry about trusting myself…

Oh and I did a test yesterday, I ate a normal day of eating but just weighed and measured everything then at the end of the day worked it out to gauge it and it was 1157 calories, way to low. So my eating clearly needs addressing because obviously that is off as I wouldn't be struggling to lose weight.

I do not want to lose weight quickly as I have done that in the past and put it all back on plus some so I believe slow and steady wins the race. I am 5"3 and 171lb. I have a toddler and walk between 5000 and 11000 steps a day so a very wide range of steps. I do no other activities like going to the gym or anything. I…

I just wanted to say as the previous poster said it is easy to stuff yourself with certain foods, it is not, I could not eat ice cream and cheese and I certainly never felt the need to melt chocolate as well as these foods I could not eat meat, certain fruits, bread, soups and broths, just lots of things. I chewed and…

Has anyone here had the band and what do they think of it? any complications or problems you weren't expecting? Do you recommend it? What size were you before? How quickly did you lose the weight? What were the discomfort levels? This is what you asked on the other thread and I think I did answer what you indeed asked.…

I am no expert I am just going by my own experience. I had a gastric band in 2011. I went private and paid for the procedure after a long battle with what I now see was in my head and pressure from my then husband. I was not at the recommended bmi to have it so was advised to put weight on. So after scoffing my face I was…
