Hi all, I just wanted to ask as so many of you have had phenomenal weightloss results what goal settings you use or was it trial and error? Stones converted into pounds
I have just been working out my stone (12.9) into pounds and when I use a converter, even mfp it always says 181lb. I just checked this out on a calculator (14×12 then add 9) it comes up 177lb. Hi all. I was looking at my calorie allowance and thought it seemed quiet high, I have set it to 0.5lb loss a week it has given me 1530 calories.
