Hello! I too am a paraplegic with Spina Bifida! I can't even remember the moment that i suddenly gained weight..i know that i was very young so I have been big all my life. Glad to meet others with the same situation!

Thanks everybody! I have a buddy of mine who’s been training me and helping me out. He’s a great motivator and doesn’t treat me any different. He knows my limitations, but also expects the best in what I CAN do and pushes me (no pun intended) to do better
