  • No no, don't skip lunch! Take all your daily calories, and split them into even, frequent portions. I have minor blood sugar issues, and practically snack all day. Once my blood sugar drops, I'm not in control anymore. This leaves me vulnerable to binging.
  • Yes. Either viscerel fat in your abdomen can cause it, or major abdominal surgery that slices between the abs. I have from the latter. Though, mine is made worse by my abdominal fat. After the surgery, it just kinda wants to all hang out.
