Hey there! I have been on this awful weight rollercoaster. I’m 38 yrs old :( and I have three kids. I so am in need of support and accountability. I did a check on my weight for the past year and seriously have GAINED 12 lbs! I almost cried! In a year! Help me and I will help you lol I guess is what to say!
