Hello! I have used MFP on and off for a long time. First challenge in a group for me. Goal is to lose 10 lbs in March and increase my daily steps to 12,000 and workout with weights 3 times a week to get there. I just turned 50 in January and it is so much harder for me to lose weight now than it was just a couple of years…
