I’m happy with anything really. Complete silence when I’m the only one in the clubhouse gym is nice. But, I also tend to like to multitask, so I’m usually listening to books or podcasts when I have by earbuds in.

I did intermittent fasting for about a year until I started CrossFit. They don’t want me to IF for 6 weeks. But, I really liked it when I did. I felt like my blood sugar was way more stable.

It’s most likely not nerve damage, otherwise it would hurt all the time. It sounds more like a nerve is getting pinched because the ankle is sliding out of place. A chiropractor or osteopathic dr can put it back in. This happens to me once in a while since my broken ankle. You may want to continue your PT exercises for it…

I try to meditate. I was a lot more when I was doing hot yoga regularly. I like to follow Abraham Hicks. :)

That sounds interesting! Ever read “Ask and It Is Given” or “Breaking The Habit Of Being Yourself”? I wonder how it would compare to them? What modern PD books are your favorite?

I usually do fasted cardio too. Then I lift. But what Smantha32 said makes a lot of sense. Maybe I’ll switch it up and see if my results are better.
