I also have relapse remitting MS and I'm glad to see that there are other people with the same condition currently on the keto diet. I'm always worried when I start something new, have any of you had any flare-ups since starting the diet?

I'm new, what does Neat mean? My goal for the month is 1. Start moving, at least 8000 steps a day 2. No food after 7:00pm 3. Drink at least eight glasses of water a day
