What is a "fasting weight loss stage"? I thought people lose weight when they eat less calories than they burn. And people can gain fat even on ketosis.

Great work in progress! I hate to break the news, but the rate of loss only gets slower the less you have to lose. Try to not think of the speed of the process, but that you are m seeking permanent life changes. I know that sounds trendy, but that's how I look at it.

Eating too few calories does not cause weight gain. That is a myth and it goes against the laws of physics.

Thank you for having an open diary. One thing I see, your logging shows foods added as "pieces" or cups, with few items posted as weight. Weighing is key for accuracy and it does make a huge difference, This may be one reason you are not losing. Hope you get more suggestions. Don't give up!

My personal experience with satins is that they are best dry cleaned and not machine washed. Stains such as wine demand a long pre-soak. And even on gentle cycle, they still require a lot of ironing.
