OP, there's some woo out there that says carbs are best eaten early in the day and that the body has a harder time metabolizing sugars in the evening. Of course there is no solid scientific evidence to back that up. Your people were probably referring to that mumbo jumbo, and not to fruit specifically.

The fact that you're "going back" means you left it before. Why was that? Probably because like for many, it's just not livable. Sure it works, but for many, not all, low carb/keto is just not a way of eating some people want to do for the rest of their lives. I mean, keto Thanksgiving stuffing or low carb mashed potatoes?…

I have blood work every year. My SGOT and other liver readings are occasionally elevated. My Dr. told me being overweight can itself cause this, since it can disturb liver function. I was also advised to avoid OTC painkillers a couple of days before blood work, especially acetaminophen. (Tylenol)

@shadow2soul The video is absolutely amazing. Both day's meals really do look identical, and almost double the calories in one of them. This is why "watching what I eat" doesn't work. What an eye opener.

No MFP does not give this option. Unfortunately, most food labels also do not show the breakdown of soluble/insoluble. Best just to concentrate on foods that are rich in soluble fiber to get your desired quota, such as oatmeal, oat bran, legumes.

Wondering if anyone is going to try combining detox toothpaste with apple cider vinegar, and gulping it down. Maybe it will replace keto as the new diet fad.

Are you using Firefox? This seems to be related to something the website did recently and how it affects that browser. It keeps making you log back in. Try using another browser. I am using MFP with Microsoft Edge now, and the log-in problem has disappeared.
