I've been doing Keto along with Intermitten Fasting and exercise for about a week now. Down 14lbs so far; so seeing good results. Wasn't too bad after the first 4 days. Now I am hardly hungry ever, I've heard of people doing fasts for several days and pretty much dismissed that as not possible. now its not too far away.

Hi Kathy! You could always try a keto calculator ( https://www.ruled.me/keto-calculator/ ) to figure out your suggested Macros. You dont have to follow the keto diet but it should at least give you a stepping stone as far as where you want your daily carbs to land.

What do you recommend for testing ketones? What things have you done/eaten in the past that you were surprised that kicked you out of ketosis? Why such low protein? Same here! Trying to be a better man for my wife. What things are you changing? Started dieting a few days ago, but I was a gym rat in my 20's. Can't believe I let myself get this far out of shape. I'm still trying to figure out how to "friend" people. I'll add you if I can figure it out!
