Same exact thing happens to me. If I eat any carb (bread, pasta, rice, etc) the next day I’m up 1-3lbs. Yesterday I was at 164.8 and this evening I’m at 166.0. It will take a couple of days to lose it. Today was because I ate two small slices of pizza instead of my normal protein and veggie lunch.

The pic on the left is August 2017- 215lbs. Pic on the right is from last Wednesday at 165lbs. I’m not at my goal weight yet but 50lbs gone was a huge milestone for me!

Hi everyone! The pic on the left is me August 2017 at my heaviest 215.0. Pic on the right was Easter 2018 I was at 180.0 I’ve since gotten down to 170. My goal weight is 145... I’m 5’2.... I haven’t taken anymore pics of myself just yet.
