  • Felt the same way until I started Keto life and logging the food on here. In 7 minths I went from 300lbs down to 225lbs and from waddling up the road to running 5k twice a week by using C25k app on a tredmill. I soon realised that all these "healthy" foods are full of sugar which caused me to endlessly put on weight.
