My goal is to not throw in the towel like I usually do after the first few days with weight fluctuations after the initial loss. I'm on day 4 right now and that is usually when I start to feel more hunger pangs.

Thanks. Day four and the scale is having its ups and downs per usual. I did take measurements to start and that is what I will go by as I tend to retain a lot of water. It actually feels good to be more in control of my eating!
