I too have very weird symptoms, but am ANA positive. One test is 3x what it should be, others also high or positive, but no butterfly rash which makes the doc think it isn't Lupus. I am hoping to know more 3/1.

I am not yet officially diagnosed but have recently started the Mediterran diet. In 2 weeks have lost3.5 lbs but feel better.
