Maybe you could do meal preps? That usually makes it easier for me when the motivation isn't really there :smile:

Not new here, but just got back to tracking because I fell off the wagon a little bit and want to get rid of the last 10 kg to reach my goal. If that will be the end goal, who knows, will have to see how I feel about my body when I get there :smile: So I'm in!
