Oh, that sounds great. But how can I do i? (Open a diary). I am 152cm.. Three months ago I have started to try to lose weigh (I was 57kg.), now I am 56. I do yoga everyday, cardio 2 times per day and also I do exercises for different body parts (I follow YouTube videos).
