  • My weigh day is Wednesday morning. I am struggling today, as its all back to normal routine now. Hate Monday mornings but got to pick myself up. Doing a body jam class tonight. Trying to get back to exercise. Doing 2 hours this week plus yoga.
  • Yep I'm from the other side of the pond, the UK!! I've made it a new years resolution to try and eat vegetables every day. I have to cook for the family, so trying to adapt what I cook. I just am normally starving when I get home so very hard not to pick!
  • I always find it hard when I come home from work and I'm starving, tired and fed up! I was tempted to eat anything in the cupboard but am waiting for a jacket potato now after looking at my belly lol! That's why I need daily motivation!!!
  • I always weigh everyday but it always goes up and down. It just helps me stick to it. But although I weigh each day I still take the weight on a weekly level to see if I've lost. I pick one day, Wednesday and then compare to the next Wednesday. Even though you go up and down the ups get lower and the downs go further. Baby…
  • Hi, could we make this a group? Not sure how you do it.Im new, starting today! I have to weigh daily or I just don't stick to it!!! I've gained a stone and am desperate to lose it. I am 5ft2 and lose weight ultra slowly so can struggle when I don't see results. I need all the help I can get!
