  • Congratulations on the 30 lb loss. I did weight Watchers many years ago and lost a lot of weight and gained it back plus more. I find it to be a diet not a lifestyle. You need a lifestyle change in your food intake. A fitness tracker and an app like MFP is that in my opinion. Good luck with continued success. Cathy

  • I am doing the intermittent fasting, 16/8 and all but the second day I have a lot of energy and I am seeing results. I learned I needed all of my protein and have it set at 45%.
  • I love the 16/8 intermittent fasting. It works well for me, but then again I have never been one for breakfast. Eating from 1 to 9 allows me to not feel guilty for eating in the evening. Plus I am losing weight and that what matters.
  • I just started the intermittent fasting. I eat between 1 and 9 but I don’t workout until about 6. I wish I could workout in morning but I am at work. I actually get a better workout when I don’t eat first. Cathy
