  • Protein , yes I think so .. I would have plenty of chicken & turkey & egg everyday. Fat, not so much. I would probably be a bit heavier on the carbs to make up for not eating much fat .. could that be it ?
  • You will fall in love with cycling - I certainly did! Thankfully it's nowhere near as difficult as running because you plenty of breaks on the downhill sections.. here is some advice: 1. Buy cycling shorts (Sports Direct, Aldi & Lidl) often have cheap ones 2. Get a road bike (they practically cycle themselves).…
