I’ve been working on rebuilding my bench properly. After tonight I can confidently say I’m back on team “2-wheels” hitting 225 for 5 on 3 of my sets of the 5x5. Not a PR but it’s nice to have built it back to that with focus on form.

Haha Yes! One of the only downsides to having a home gym! Looking good. Have you tried them earlier in your workout? Just curious. I'd be willing to bet you can do more! Either way still awesome!

Im my own biggest critic. More legs used in this row than I’d have liked and I should have worn my belt but 295 felt good. Backed down the next set to be a bit more strict.

Maybe... I feel like I wasn’t going to hold form if I kept pulling and it wasn’t worth it to me today to take that risk. That and I ate like crap yesterday and was definitely feeling sluggish. Either way always go for it in a couple weeks.

Not going to lie you have some insane strength. I can hold my own in the gym, but I'm seriously jealous! Keep it up you're doing AMAZING things! Sidenote: Do you like the knee wraps? I've been debating buying some but always get mixed feelings. Anyway keep it up!

Yeah. The adjustment was right side lower rib close to the sternum. The more I think about it maybe I did it when I was doing pendlay rows. Might have pulled something lighter and bounced it off chest and didn’t notice and it took a couple days of movement that made it worse/noticeable. I’m not a huge fan of chiropractors…

I wish I knew. All I know is I woke up out of a deep sleep in some discomfort. It escalated to being bad enough I couldn't sleep. Figured I did something to my back because it just radiated around my whole body. So I went to the Chiro ASAP to see if that would sort it out. Nothing was wrong with the back so some x-ray's…

No new lifts from me for a couple more days. Somehow dislocated a rib/cartilage in sternum and have been asked to take it easy. So I’m throwing it back to my first pr attempt at what looks like 225... Crazy how progressive overload works over time. 2 more days and I can get back in to gym and push some weight again.
