I tried Noom for 4 months. I think it actually triggered my binge eating. I didn’t do well with the stop light system for foods. I went “over” on red foods daily as I eat vegetarian at least 5 days a week. Many carbs are just labeled red foods, I guess because they are processed? It just made me feel like I was failing.
