Hello, just getting back in the swing of things and sooo tired of giving up. This year I will be doing a 8wk. bikini body ready program by Tawana Eubanks and finishing off with Kris Gethan's 4 wks to shred. Whoo! Goals for sure. Please add so we can support each other on our fitness journey. :-)
